And I'm Feelin' Good

Eventually I'll get a header up for June, really....

I'm exhausted but feeling good, because I finally finished the program for Valencia's 75th anniversary (coming up this weekend!) tonight, after working on it all day Sunday and half of this week. I only took time out Sunday to help dad enjoy his Father's Day breakfast burrito and give him his presents.

And yes, I really do have the cutest dad ever. :)

I'll be at the celebration this Saturday for sure, so come and join us! There'll even be a beer and wine garden, so you have no excuse, Nikki and Katie. Some cool bands are playing too.

This past Friday night and Saturday morning were spent up at Mindy's house in Chino, where she had a small house party and then us girls spent the night. I love when you don't have to worry about driving home! I was introduced to Waba Grill, which is basically exactly like Flame Broiler - delicious.

So "the boys" (aka Sergio, Eric and Cesar) came over and Mindy's sister Lindsey and her boy were there, and Katie and Colby. We all had a great time, despite Whitney's crazy music mix. :) If I'm feeling brave I'll be back to post photos...let's just say they're camera whores, k?

The next morning Mindy, Nikki and I took time waking up by watching old episodes of Sex in the City, and then headed for Mimi's with Lindsey for a much-needed brunch. Love lazy Saturday mornings. The best part? You still have Sunday.

I finally made it home and spent some time with Karl, Donna and Alex, who came up to hang out for the day, before heading out to Colby's house for drinks with him, Katie and a friend of his, and then to see Year One with the girls. I'm not going to even put a link in for that movie, it was so terrible! Save your money and see something else! We were so disappointed.

At any rate, this weekend is looking to be a busy one too. Hoping the weather stays nice so maybe I can finally get back out to the dog beach! Anyone want to come?
