Happy Friday!

I can't believe another week has passed and it's almost October! But I guess this is how I'm going to feel about time passing for the rest of my adult life, huh? :)

The highlight of the week definitely has to be going to a screening of a grad student film by a friend of Mr. Same Same's on the Warner Brothers studio lot Wednesday night. Seriously. To be honest, it's pretty much why we all agreed to go with him! ;) How can you pass up the chance to feel like a VIP and explore where some of your favorite films were made?

I didn't bring my big girl camera because I figured security would send me packing, but I did grab a few shots with the trusty iPhone.

On the way we walked past a huge row of sound stage buildings, which all have plaques listing the most famous movies and TV shows that have been filmed there. To say we didn't geek out and take turns shouting out our favorite ones would be lying. Then we walked through the town square from Back to the Future, and we all fell silent in appreciation. :)

Where are all my fellow Big Bang Theory fans at? Did you catch the awesome season premiere episode last night? Hehehe...robot arm.

After the screening, which was held in a building literally in the shadow of the famous water tower, I had to get a shot of it with the full moon.
